ZEAL Returns Policy

Here at Zeal, we are proud of all of our products. We accept returns but all items must be sent back in a re-saleable condition i.e.; with tags still attached, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. There must be no stains or odours associated with wear. If these requirements are not met, your Zeal product will be returned to you and no refund available.

We offer a 14 day return policy from when you receive your order to return any item to us. After this period of 14 days, no refund will be processed.

To process a return, please email us at zealfitnesswear@outlook.com with your request or exchange. One of the team will aim to contact you within 3 working days and process your return within 10 days of your parcel arriving back to us.

Please note the following items are non returnable: Underwear, Headwear, Socks & Water bottles.

Exchange

We can offer an exchange on all items i.e.; if a different size is required. Please add this to the exchange email and this item can be sent as a replacement on receipt of the exchanged item being received back.

There is no extra postage to be paid on an exchange item. This is free of charge.

Please email us at zealfitnesswear@outlook.com with your exchange request and one of the team will contact you within 3 working days. There will be no exchange until the original item is received in a re-saleable condition and from this may take up to 10 days to process and action re-sending. Please note there may be a delay with courier services which may extend this exchange time.
